ECAF Membership

Join as a new member of ECAF or renew your existing membership by downloading the following forms.  Forms and payment by check, made payable to ECAF, can be brought to the next General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, July 8 from 11:30 to 1 at Floyd’s on the Island, as well as mailed in to the address on the forms.  All who bring their forms and payments to the meeting on July 8 will receive FREE LUNCH.  If you have questions regarding membership, please contact the POC indicated on the forms.
